Henry Ford Health System is the primary tenant in the building, located at 5500 Auto Club Drive in Dearborn, Michigan.

Henry Ford recently took occupancy of the entire third floor, adding 53,000 square feet of additional occupancy at the property with new or expanded services in Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, Pain Management, Speech Therapy, and Dermatology.
