SK Medical Management is a purpose-built healthcare property management company formed by KIRCO and Rethink Healthcare Real Estate. KIRCO Management Services is a nationally accredited company and regional industry leader in property management. KIRCO, with a successful background in the management of class A medical and commercial office properties, in addition to retail and industrial facilities, currently has over five million square feet of real estate under management in these asset classes.

Rethink Healthcare Real Estate is a sector-specific investor focusing on strategic, institutional ambulatory facilities that help to uplift and advance community care. For over 30 years, Rethink has acquired properties directly, partnered with experienced real estate developers to build new projects, and worked with healthcare providers to deliver advanced outpatient facilities.

KIRCO and Rethink joined forces to use their knowledge and experience to address the specific needs of owners of outpatient facilities. The SK team has over 65 years of experience working for institutional investors, health systems, and physician groups, and works diligently for its clients to control costs, promote efficient operations, and maximize occupancy.

SK Medical Management currently serves over 2.5 million square feet for healthcare clients in five states. Our experience includes:

David has over 30 years of experience managing real estate operations, leasing, facility development, and strategic planning while working for major health systems and leading investors. At SK, David has overall responsibility for the operations of the organization, client satisfaction, and strategic direction.
Lisa Panzenhagen
Vice President SK Medical Management
Lisa has over 20 years of experience managing medical property operations and as Vice President of Operations, she leads the SK Medical Management team for both owned and third-party healthcare properties over a multi-state area. Lisa’s responsibilities include instilling a collaborative and supporting culture throughout the organization while working closely with the health systems and physician practices to ensure a best-in-class occupancy experience. She is also responsible for client and owner relations, evaluating the financial results at each property, reporting, staff training and education, branding, and growth.
Jonathan Winer
President & Chief Investment Officer Rethink Healthcare Real Estate, LLC
John is the President & Chief Investment Officer of Rethink Healthcare Real Estate. He has over 25 years of experience working in all aspects of the medical office and ambulatory facility real estate field. He is a frequent and coveted speaker at healthcare real estate industry events and seminars. For SK, he provides oversight and strategic guidance to the organization.
Malika Basheer
Senior Vice President, Director of Asset Management Rethink Healthcare Real Estate, LLC
Malika is Senior Vice President, Director of Asset Management at Rethink Healthcare Real Estate. She brings more than 16 years of medical real estate experience in asset management, leasing, operations, acquisitions and dispositions, strategic planning, and financial management. At SK, she provides strategic guidance to the organization and is responsible for asset management plans that work in concert with property management operations.
