Dave has over 30 years of experience managing real estate and property management operations. Prior to his 15+ years at KIRCO, he spent almost 20 years at St. John Health, an eight hospital system in metropolitan Detroit that is owned by Ascension Health. His responsibilities included overseeing the property management operations for a 2 million square foot portfolio; all real estate transactions; strategic space planning; and facility development. Dave also directed construction related activities including site search and selection, bidding and selection of architectural and construction services, and estimating and budgeting. Dave has responsibility for the asset management functions for the portfolio of properties managed by KIRCO and the daily operations of SK Medical Management. This includes both owned properties and properties managed for third party clients. More specifically, he’s responsible for the properties financial performance, leasing transactions, and the customer’s overall experience. Dave is also responsible for cultivating and expanding strategic relationships with its current and prospective customers through the support of the property management staff and his direct interactions with clients. He is responsible for actively focusing on the continual enhancement of the physical environments of the properties as well as the properties competitive standing within the marketplace. Additionally, Dave maintains a leadership role at in the development of new healthcare properties.
