Lisa has over 20 years of experience managing the operational activities and client relations related to large medical property portfolios. In the past, she has performed these services for St. John Health System/Ascension which included corporate management of all property operations for a 2.2 million square foot portfolio. Since joining KIRCO in 2008, she has continued to perform in a similar capacity while providing many departmental functions such as the creation and oversight of property management policies/procedures, contract creation, bid process oversight, budget creation and reporting, and regulatory compliance. Lisa continues to perform these duties since transitioning her skill set to SK Medical Management, a joint venture of Seavest Healthcare Properties and KIRCO Management Services.
As Vice President of Operations, Lisa leads the SK Medical Management team dedicated to professionally managing both owned and third-party healthcare properties in Michigan and along the East Coast.
Lisa’s responsibilities include instilling a collaborative and supporting culture throughout the SK Medical Management division and ensuring a best in class experience by working closely with the health systems and physician practices that occupy the portfolio’s medical properties. She is responsible for managing client services and all aspects of property management operations, owner relations, financial planning and management, reporting, and monthly/annual meetings for clients.
